Hello! This is a small independent record label founded by Ian, the owner of Xyled.online, focusing on physical artist media and merchandise!

Refunds / Returns / Exchanges
All sales are final after shipping because Netlink Records is operated by a single person, except in cases where the item is damaged. Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping
I ship via USPS for both domestic and international orders. Cost is automatically calculated at checkout. Worldwide shipping is enabled unless it’s a place USPS cannot ship to. International orders can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered and cost is higher than domestic, sorry. Duties and customs may also apply.

“How can I get in contact?”

“Can I change my address?”
Address changes can only be accommodated before the item ships.

“My CD/cassette/etc. arrived broken”
If only the case is damaged, I can send you a replacement case free of charge. If the media itself is damaged, I can provide a refund or a replacement.

DS GAME INFO / FAQ

What systems does this work on?
My DS games have been tested in person with DS Lite, DSi, and New Nintendo 3DS XL consoles, so I can assume they will work on other DS and 3DS models.

Why is the game called “Deep Labyrinth” on the DS home screen?
This cannot be changed sadly.

Why is the brightness low?
Tap the sun icon in the bottom right of the Netlink menu to change the brightness.

I can’t find the game in the Netlink menu
Your release can be found in the microSD card folder in the Netlink menu if it does not automatically appear.
